 Picnic Areas with FREE gas BBQ's
FREE Group Bookings to reserve BBQ areas for large groups
Bring along your packed lunch and use our BBQ's. Our picnic areas all have fixed tables and seats for your convenience.

Disabled Access 

Our paths around the zoo are dirt and grass but still accessible for wheelchairs. 

Amenities

Male, Female and Disabled toilets are all available.
Baby Change Table located in Disabled toilets.

Snacks, Refreshments & Gift Shop

Finish off your day and buy something special for family and friends, or spoil yourself to remember your time at Hunter Valley Zoo.

Feeling Hungry? at reception we have available some food including sandwiches, muffins, wraps, chip packets, ice creams and some sweets. We have pies and sausage rolls available upon request as well as cold drinks or hot beverages. *Please Note* Pies and sausage rolls available, please advise our staff upon arrival so we give them enough time to cook in the oven.
